Plumbing Helper 2
Apprentice
The Plumbing Helper 2 (aka Apprentice level) has 3 or more years’ experience as a helper and have knowledge of pipes, fittings, and be able to work alongside a licensed plumber/supervisor to complete projects and work orders quick, efficiently, and most of all accurately to a high-quality standard.
Plumbing Helper 1
Entry Level
The Plumbing Helper 1 (aka entry level) does not require (though encourages) education or experience. Pluses for Helper 1 include – some plumbing helper experience; allied trade experience such as electrical, HVAC, tiling, or other construction site experience.

Technician
The Plumbing Technician (aka Journeyman level) has 6 or more years’ experience as a senior helper for a plumbing technician and may sometimes be ready to sit for a plumbing licensing exam.
Superintendent
Special Projects
Special Projects Superintendent oversees and directs approximately 25 personnel for the installation of plumbing from rough out to final inspection.

The Superintendent oversees and directs approximately 25 personnel for the installation of plumbing from rough out to top out. The Superintendent must be able to supervise projects from conception to completion; participate planning and reviewing projects in-depth to schedule deliverables and help estimate costs; oversee all onsite and offsite construction (pre-fab) operations; monitor compliance with building, codes, transportation, and environmental, and safety regulations.
